1. Organizer

2. Eligibility
2.1. Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 or older with permanent residence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or another EU member state.
2.2. Excluded from participation are:
- Employees of the organiser and their relatives
- Persons entrusted with the execution of the promotion
2.3. The organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and exclude participants who do not meet the requirements.
3. Participation and execution
3.1. Participation in the promotion is voluntary and takes place through a purchase in the organiser's online shop during the promotional period with a minimum order value of €100.
3.2. The promotional period begins on 01/04/2026 at 00:00 and ends on 30/04/2026 at 23:59 (German time).
3.3. Every purchase with a minimum order value of €100 entitles the buyer to receive a guaranteed gift from the Golden Vault.
3.4. Only one guaranteed gift per order is possible, regardless of the order value.
3.5. The vault opening occurs automatically after the order is completed.

5. Prize delivery

5.2. Cash payment or transfer of prizes to other persons is excluded.
6. End of the competition
6.1. The organiser reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the promotion for important reasons.
6.2. Termination for important reasons may occur in particular if:
- technical problems can no longer guarantee proper execution
- manipulation attempts are detected
- legal or factual reasons make proper execution difficult or impossible
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Legal recourse is excluded.
7.2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
7.3. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
